Our Approach
We invest great resources during the planning phase of a project, ensure that construction is set up for success. During this phase, we collaborate extensively with the design team to determine the best possible way to build a project. This includes support in the form of physical mock-ups, constructability reviews, estimating, and structural suggestions. When it comes time to build, we prepare our subcontractors thoroughly before anyone sets foot on site, to ensure that everyone understands how his or her role fits into the larger design objectives.

James Davis has been a licensed contractor since 1974. He has worked with some of the leading architects, designers and engineers around the world including Buff & Hensman, Frank O. Ghery & Associates, Brian Murphy of BAM, Robert Earl & Associates, KAA Design, Frank Panino, Barbara Barry and Buckley Brown. Jim takes pride in the fact that he maintains long-lasting relationahips with his clients and always strives to create an environment where his crew and subcontractors can do their best work. Jim is a native Californian, he has lived in Studio City for twenty years with his wife Diane and their two sons Casey and Jamie. He plays soccer, loves to play the guitar, paint, listen to jazz and travel.
